How we work

A short, repeatable process. We do not ship dashboards for the sake of looking busy.

1. 01

   Observe the friction

   Start with a real task — filing a document, scanning a receipt, clearing a to-do. Note every tap that feels unnecessary.

2. 02

   Reduce the surface

   Cut menus, notifications, and settings that do not serve the job. Whitespace and restraint are features.

3. 03

   Keep data on device

   Default to local storage. If something must leave the device, it should be an explicit user action — not a silent upload.

4. 04

   Ship when ready

   No growth-at-all-costs roadmap. Small releases, clear language, and support channels that a person actually answers.
