This Privacy Policy explains how Boost Apts Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use our mobile applications TileTrio Match (com.tiletrio.match) and One Line Draw (com.one.linedraw), visit this website, or contact us. This page is the publicly accessible Privacy Policy URL used for Google Play listings of those apps.

1. Who We Are

Boost Apts Services LLC is a U.S. company based in Des Moines, Iowa. We build utilities, productivity software, and casual games, and we publish Android applications, including TileTrio Match and One Line Draw.

2. Summary for TileTrio Match (1.1.0 and later)

Starting with version 1.1.0, TileTrio Match remains a local, on-device puzzle game for progress, and it also shows third-party advertisements.

  • No account registration or sign-in is required.
  • No real-money in-app purchases.
  • Level progress, coins, collection album unlocks, stats, booster counts, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to Boost Apts Services LLC servers.
  • The app does not provide cloud sync.
  • The app displays banner, interstitial, and rewarded-video ads through a mediation SDK.
  • To request and show ads, the app uses the Internet and may read your device’s Advertising ID (GAID).
  • Advertising partners may collect and process device, network, and ad-event data as described in Section 6.
  • In-game coins are earned from levels, the daily challenge, and optional rewarded ads. There is no real-money buying of coins.
  • Optional daily-challenge reminders, if enabled, are scheduled and delivered locally and request POST_NOTIFICATIONS only when you turn reminders on.

3. Information Stored on Your Device (TileTrio Match)

If you use TileTrio Match, information you generate may be stored locally on your device, including:

  • Progress: chapter and level completion, stars earned, move counts, and unlock status
  • Economy: coin balance and local booster counts (such as Undo, Shuffle, and Hint)
  • Collection: album / theme unlocks revealed by clearing levels
  • Stats: levels cleared, total stars, triple matches, daily streak, longest streak, and album completion counts
  • Daily challenge: seed completion status and streak counters for the device
  • Preferences: sound effects, music, vibration, daily reminder settings, and onboarding state

This gameplay content remains on your device. You may clear progress from Settings (Clear progress / erase all local data) or by uninstalling the app. Clearing local progress does not delete advertising identifiers held by Google or advertising partners.

4. Information We Do Not Collect Through TileTrio Match Gameplay

Through TileTrio Match, we (Boost Apts Services LLC) do not:

  • Require you to create an account or sign in
  • Collect or upload your game progress, album, or coin balance to our servers
  • Sell your personal information
  • Offer gambling or cash rewards
  • Access your contacts, precise location / GPS, camera, or microphone for gameplay

Advertising partners listed in Section 6 may collect the advertising-related information described there. That collection is performed by those partners’ SDKs to deliver and measure ads. It is not an upload of your puzzle progress to Boost Apts Services LLC.

5. TileTrio Match Permissions and Why They Are Used

Depending on your Android version and settings, TileTrio Match may request or use the following:

A. Internet and network state

  • INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, and ACCESS_WIFI_STATE are used to initialize the ad SDK, request ads, and show banner, interstitial, and rewarded-video ads.
  • Core puzzle play, local progress, and the daily seed puzzle still work if the network is unavailable; ads will not load offline.
  • We do not use these permissions to upload your game save to our servers.

B. Advertising ID

  • The app declares com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID.
  • The Advertising ID (GAID) and related Google Play identifiers (such as App Set ID, where available) may be read so that advertising partners can serve, limit, and measure ads.
  • You can reset or limit your Advertising ID in Android Settings (Google → Ads, or the equivalent menu on your device).

C. Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

  • Requested only when you enable the optional daily-challenge reminder.
  • Used to show a local, on-device reminder for today's seed puzzle.
  • Not used to send advertising push notifications from Boost Apts Services LLC.

D. Vibration (optional)

  • If you enable vibration in Settings, the app may use the device vibration capability for tactile feedback.
  • Vibration can be turned off at any time in Settings.

6. Advertising and Third-Party SDKs (TileTrio Match 1.1.0 and later)

TileTrio Match uses mediation to show ads. The following third parties may receive information from the app or from their own SDKs on your device:

  • TopOn / ThinkUp (ad mediation and related plugins, including Tramini)
  • ironSource / Unity LevelPlay (ad network / mediation SDK)
  • TopOn ADX / SmartDigiMkt (mediated ad inventory)
  • Google Play services (Advertising ID and related device identifiers)

Depending on the partner, device, and your ad settings, those SDKs may process:

  • Advertising ID (GAID) and other device or app-set identifiers
  • IP address and general network information (such as connection type)
  • Device and app information (device model, OS version, language, time zone, app version, package name)
  • Ad events (requests, fills, impressions, clicks, rewarded-video completion)
  • Approximate location derived from IP address, if the partner uses IP for geo-targeting

We use this advertising stack only to show ads in TileTrio Match and to measure whether an ad was shown or a rewarded video was completed so that we can grant the in-game coin reward. We do not sell your information.

Each partner has its own privacy policy. Please review:

If a partner’s public policy URL changes, the partner’s current official policy applies.

7. Summary for One Line Draw (V1.0)

In Version 1.0, One Line Draw is designed as a local, on-device one-stroke puzzle:

  • No account registration or sign-in is required.
  • No advertising and no real-money in-app purchases in V1.0.
  • Level progress, pen-case charges, daily-stroke results, settings, and records are stored locally on your device.
  • The app does not upload your sheets or progress to Boost Apts Services LLC servers.
  • The app does not provide cloud sync or cloud backup in V1.0.
  • The app does not integrate advertising SDKs or third-party analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, or tracking SDKs.
  • Ink, Rewind, Glow, and +Ink charges are earned or refilled locally when you seal a loop. There is no real-money buying of charges in V1.0.
  • Optional daily-stroke reminders, if enabled, are scheduled and delivered locally and request notification permission only when you turn reminders on.

8. Information Stored on Your Device (One Line Draw)

If you use One Line Draw, information you generate may be stored locally on your device, including:

  • Progress: sealed filaments, path-atlas unlocks, current sheet, and in-progress stroke position
  • Pen case: Rewind, Glow, and +Ink charge counts
  • Daily stroke: today's completion status and local day results
  • Records: best ink, sealed-loop counts, and quest progress kept on this device
  • Preferences: sound, haptics, paper theme, daily reminder settings, and onboarding state

In V1.0, this content remains on your device. You may delete progress from Settings or by uninstalling the app. There is no cloud backup.

9. Information We Do Not Collect Through One Line Draw (V1.0)

Through One Line Draw V1.0, we do not:

  • Require you to create an account or sign in
  • Collect or upload your personal data or puzzle sheets to our servers
  • Sell your personal information
  • Share app user content with advertisers or data brokers
  • Use advertising networks or ad SDKs
  • Use third-party analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs
  • Offer real-money purchases, gambling, or cash rewards
  • Request your location, contacts, microphone, camera, or photo library

10. One Line Draw Permissions and Why They Are Used

Depending on your Android version and settings, One Line Draw may request or use the following:

A. Notifications

  • Requested only when you enable the optional daily-stroke reminder.
  • Used to show a local, on-device reminder for today's sheet.
  • Not used for advertising. You can leave reminders off; the daily sheet still works without them.

B. Haptics (optional)

  • If you enable haptics in Settings, the app may use the device vibration capability for tactile feedback.
  • Haptics can be turned off at any time in Settings.

C. Network / Internet

  • Core puzzles, progress, and the daily stroke are designed to function offline after install.
  • V1.0 does not upload your sheets or progress to our servers and does not provide cloud sync.

If a future version of One Line Draw needs additional permissions, network features, accounts, ads, analytics, or real-money purchases, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide in-app or store disclosures before the change takes effect.

Information you provide

When you email us or use the contact form on this website, we may receive:

  • Contact information (name, email address)
  • Subject line and message content

The contact form on this static website is processed in your browser for validation and success messaging. Do not submit sensitive payment card numbers through website forms or email.

How we use website / email information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide product or app support
  • Communicate about partnership or privacy requests
  • Maintain reasonable business records and comply with legal obligations

Cookies and tracking

This static website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics SDKs. Standard web server logs maintained by your hosting provider may record IP addresses and request metadata — please refer to your host's privacy practices for details.

12. How We Use Information

TileTrio Match

  • Local game data is used only to provide gameplay, progress, coins, album, stats, settings, and optional local reminders on your device.
  • Advertising identifiers and ad events are used by the mediation and network SDKs to request, show, and measure ads, and by the app to confirm that a rewarded video finished so coins can be granted.
  • We do not use your local puzzle progress for marketing, profiling, or advertising, because that progress is not uploaded to us.

One Line Draw (V1.0)

  • Local app data is used only to provide gameplay, path-atlas progress, pen-case charges, daily stroke, records, settings, and optional local reminders on your device.
  • Because V1.0 does not upload that content to us, we do not use it for marketing, profiling, or advertising.

Website / email

  • We use information you send us only to respond and manage related business communications.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

13. Information Sharing

TileTrio Match (1.1.0 and later)

  • Advertising-related identifiers and ad events may be shared with or collected by TopOn / ThinkUp, ironSource / Unity LevelPlay, TopOn ADX, and Google Play services, as described in Section 6.
  • Your local puzzle progress, album, and coin balance are not uploaded to us and are not shared by us with those partners.

One Line Draw (V1.0)

  • One Line Draw does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
  • Your local app content is not shared by us with third parties because it is not uploaded to us.

Website / email

We may share information only when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Boost Apts Services LLC, our users, or others. We do not sell personal information.

Device / OS providers

If you enable your device's system backup or restore features, the operating system provider may back up local app data according to that provider's rules. That backup is controlled by your device/OS settings and is not an upload initiated by Boost Apts Services LLC servers.

14. Data Retention and Deletion

App local data

  • Retained on your device until you delete it.
  • You can erase local progress in Settings using Clear progress (or equivalent).
  • You can uninstall the app; uninstalling generally removes the app's local data from your device.

Advertising identifiers

  • Advertising IDs are controlled by Google / your device. Reset or delete them in Android Settings.
  • Advertising partners retain ad-request records according to their own policies. We do not operate a server-side copy of your TileTrio Match game save that we can delete on request.

Website / email records

Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond, maintain reasonable business records, or as required by law.

15. Your Rights and Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you (for example, emails you sent us) by contacting charles@boostaptsservicesllc.online.

Because TileTrio Match and One Line Draw do not upload your game progress to our servers, local app data must be cleared on your device (Settings → Clear progress, or uninstall).

For TileTrio Match ads:

  • Reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings.
  • Use Android’s ads personalization / opt-out controls where available.
  • You can still play the puzzle if ads fail to load; rewarded-ad coin grants require a completed ad.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law. We will respond to verified requests as required.

16. Children's Privacy

TileTrio Match, One Line Draw, and this website are intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. TileTrio Match includes third-party advertising and is not directed to children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through our website or email, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

17. Data Security

Game progress is stored on your device. Advertising requests are sent by third-party SDKs over the network. Please protect your device with a screen lock or other device security features. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information stored on your device, processed by advertising partners, or transmitted when you contact us by email.

18. International Users

Boost Apts Services LLC is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, any information you send us (such as an email) may be processed in the United States. Advertising partners may process advertising data in other countries according to their own policies.

19. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised when changes are made. This November 5, 2026 update discloses advertising in TileTrio Match 1.1.0 and later. If a future app version changes data practices in a material way (for example, adding cloud sync, accounts, additional ad networks, analytics, or real-money purchases), we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide notice in the app or Google Play listing before the change takes effect.

20. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
