These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and applications provided by Boost Apts Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including QuickFlow and TileTrio Match (com.tiletrio.match). By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or applications. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Boost Apts Services LLC develops utilities and productivity software, including file management, scanning, task management, widgets, and automation tools. We also publish TileTrio Match, a tile-matching puzzle game for Android with local progress storage and third-party advertising. Features and availability may vary by platform and version.

3. License and Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our applications for personal or internal business purposes (and, for TileTrio Match, personal entertainment). You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software except where permitted by law
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell our applications without written permission
  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate the rights of others
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services

4. TileTrio Match — Entertainment Use

TileTrio Match is licensed for personal entertainment use. It does not involve gambling or cash rewards. In-game coins in V1.0 are earned locally and are not real money. Game content is licensed for use within the App.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Boost Apts Services LLC, QuickFlow, and TileTrio Match are owned by the Company or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding without prior written consent.

6. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of data you create or store using our applications. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

7. Purchases and Subscriptions

If QuickFlow or other products are offered for purchase or subscription, payment terms, pricing, and refund policies will be disclosed at the point of sale or through the applicable app store. TileTrio Match V1.0 does not offer real-money in-app purchases. App store transactions are subject to the respective store's terms.

8. Age Requirement

TileTrio Match is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If you are under the age required by law in your jurisdiction to agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Boost Apts Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the applicable service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars ($50), whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boost Apts Services LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using our services at any time by uninstalling the application or ceasing use of the website.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Polk County, Iowa.
